The national and state mathematics redesign movements has forced many colleges to change their curriculum. These redesigns have a potential to eliminate some math students and make it more difficult for others. Modular and Emporium Model redesigns require more student independent learning skills and academic support. By reviewing all the variables affecting mathematics colleges can develop an intuitional success plan to improve and better coordinate mathematics learning.  The math department alone cannot help all these students. This presentation will demonstrate effective support, success and curriculum strategies and how departments can work together to improve math success.
